Projects

100% Green Metals from Sulfide Mineral Concentrates, using only Air, Water, Wind, and Sunlight.

Our Goal:
$1 Billion Valuation in Three years

The World's First Zero-Emissions Minerals Processing Plant in a Tax-Free Location.

Our goal is to build a market value of $1 billion in 3 years, through production and sales. Our trade-secret metallurgical processes are 80% more profitable than traditional methods. We have identified the absolutely best site in the world to build our large plant––unlimited power, totally tax free, on a major international port, intersecting the flow of mineral concentrates going to Asia, leveraging our ability to source drectly from the near-by, World-Class mining district.

Our Vision is to provide North America with Strategic Metals (Tin, Silver, Indium, Gallium/Germanium, Zinc) from the richest source in the Western Hemisphere, using only air, water, wind, and sunlight to make the chemicals and provide the energy for our process.

Round 1. We will build a small operational plant in South Florida to process high-grade silver-zinc-indium concentrates imported from South America. This will prove profitability, scalability, and show investors the power of our technology––plus generate a profit.

Round 2. We will build a 276 ton per day production plant in northern Chile, sourcing mineral concentrates from the near-by mines in Bolivia. Buying feedstock in Bolivia and processing in Chile, offers outstanding advantages:

  • income-tax-free operations in Chile at a special site we have optioned
  • highest solar energy levels in the Atacama, for producing energy, heat, and chemicals
  • pro-North American business climate, tax treaties with USA, stable political climate, red-carpet treatment by local officials
  • major international port
  • low-cost access to the strategic Poopó Mining District of Bolivia--an unlimited source of Zinc-Silver concentrates rich in Tin, Indium, Gallium, and Germanium (without requiring any capital investment in Bolivia). These concentrates currently are being shipped to Asia--and the Indium, Gallium, Germanium restricted by China for its own consumption. We would become the Western Hemisphere's largest Indium producer. Indium is extracted as a strategic by-product of the rich Zinc-Silver-Tin concentrates we would buy in Bolivia and process in northern Chile.
